If you caught your parter husband/wife – boyfriend/girlfriend taking drugs or doing something illegal, would you arrest them?.

Police Officers are sworn to uphold the law, and so the only answer CAN be yes. Arrest them or turn them in to someone else?

A police officer must uphold the law in any situation . Yes I would arrest them .
