Yes there are. There are hundreds of alternatives to long care treatment available. However, you need to be wise when choosing, because many of them are not proven methods and are pretty far fetched. They range from holistic retreats, where the focus is more on healing the mind and body through meditation, massage, and relaxation therapy to local doctors prescribing medications for certain types of addictions to outpatient treatment where one does not stay in-house long-term but sets up counseling sessions and builds a support team.

I think your best bet is to use a free professional service that helps people find the right kind of treatment based on their needs/desires. Most of them are confidential, here is one example freeaddictionhelpline.com they have a toll free hotline for any questions related to drugs and treatment of addictions. Another good online search site is Sahmsa.gov but I don’t believe they offer a helpline.

Either way, I wish you the best of luck in your quest to overcome your addiction. Many of us have been their before, the main thing is some type of help is better than staying with no help at all.
