How Does One Stop Using the Internet So Much for Chatting?

Question by dave d: How does one stop using the Internet so much for chatting?
I find myself going on line to do some work and before I know it, I’m looking at websites or going into chatrooms and wasting a lot of my time. I always try to limit my stay, but it seems to never work. I’m not young either, I am 32 years old. It feels to me like an addiction.

There is a button on your computer usually with a like and a dot. It’s called the off button, if you press it, you wont beable to use chat rooms anymore : )

That or actaully start working

It’s all about self control. Maybe you’re not really interested in the work you do or this probably wouldn’t be so much of a problem. It is addicting though 😉
